START WITH DIGITALIZATION

Then, we create a digital library that is the basis of all possible physical and digital developments.

Finally, we develop and present to you all the physical contents and their digital extensions according to your specifications, so that you can approve before manufacturing and deployment.
THE DESIGN OF PHYSICAL AND DIGITAL SOLUTIONS
PHYSICAL PART : according to the specifications defined by/with the customer, based on the digital library that we scan in-situ, we launch the design of the supports : kitting trays, packaging , trolleys ... The digital model is sent to the customer for approval before starting production.

DIGITAL PART : as part of a digital deployment, we present a 3d file and a retroplanning for the deployment of the dedicated solution. Let's work out the methodology, media and functions of the digital dimension associated with physical elements. When necessary at this stage we call on our partners, recognized in their field of expertise, for system integration and software and hardware deployment.
CONTROL THROUGH PHYSICAL
Physically protect the parts (shocks, scratches, FOD-FME)
Guarantee the completeness of batches and assembly (identification, polarization, guidance)
Immediately identify potential errors (absence or abnormal presence)
Monitoring and planning of work in the workshop (assembly range, time measurement)
The location of parts and tools (stock management, inventory, workshop)
DEPLOYMENT AT THE CUSTOMER
When the project goes beyond the physical part, we intervene with our specialized partners to :
- deal with the IT system of the customer
- set up physical media and start learning on digital media
- support the client in the ramp-up of the use of solutions
- ensure the monitoring and maintenance of physical and digital media
